When you become a client of Studio 22, we may collect and store the following information:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Booking and appointment details
- Session preferences or notes related to your time at the studio
This information is used exclusively for client communication and service management.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
- Notifying you of any changes to your session
- Sharing studio updates, promotions, or offers
- Following up on recent sessions or service feedback
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes or sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Security
We take your privacy seriously and implement reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Access to client information is limited to authorized Studio 22 staff.
4. Sharing of Information
We use service providers for booking and communication. If you allow advertising cookies, we also share browser and activity information with Meta as described below. We do not send application answers or contact fields through our advertising integration.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the rights and safety of Studio 22.
5. Advertising Cookies and Your Choices
The public Studio 22 website and free-hour application offer optional Meta advertising cookies. These help us measure page visits, booking interest, and completed applications, understand ad performance, and show relevant ads. Meta may receive page addresses, IP address, browser information, cookie identifiers, and event types. Review Meta’s privacy policy.
Our Meta integration starts only after you choose Allow advertising cookies. Declining does not prevent browsing, applying, or opening the booking calendar. We do not enable automatic matching of contact details or send application answers, private artist records, or payment details. Tracking is excluded from our private artist-management pages.
Use Advertising privacy settings to allow or decline tracking. Each site remembers your choice in browser storage for 30 days. If storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for this visit. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps this advertising integration off. Withdrawing permission stops future events; it does not erase data already received by Meta. You can remove existing cookies through your browser and manage your information through Meta.
6. Booking Calendar
Our booking page offers an embedded Acuity Scheduling calendar, a Squarespace service. The calendar loads only when you choose to load it. That choice is separate from Studio 22 advertising-cookie permission.
Acuity has its own privacy and cookie practices and an existing Meta integration for scheduling activity. Loading or opening Acuity may share browser and booking activity under those practices. Review the Squarespace and Acuity cookie information.
We remember your calendar choice for 30 days. Disabling the embedded calendar prevents it from loading again here, but does not delete information Acuity already stored. You can also use the direct Acuity link and its privacy controls.
7. Your Choices
You can review or change the embedded-calendar choice through Cookie settings. You may opt out of receiving automated texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. 8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for clients 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from minors without parental consent.
9. Policy Updates
Studio 22 may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Clients will be notified of significant changes via text or through posted updates on our website.
