BYOE Terms and Conditions:
1. All attendees must provide valid government-issued photo identification prior to entry. Failure to do so will result in denial of access without refund.
2. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the session start time. Sessions will not be booked until payment is collected.
3. The studio rental includes access to equipment and facilities only. Clients are responsible for their own recording, setup, and operation.
4. Client assumes full responsibility for all studio equipment during the rental period. Any damage or missing items will be billed to the client.
5. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Setup and teardown must be completed within the booked time frame.
6. Overtime is subject to availability and must be approved by Studio 22 staff.
7. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may be subject to a partial refund.
8. Client can bring four additional guests to their session (five people total, including themselves).
9. No smoking, tobacco, marijuana, or drug use is permitted inside the facility. Vaping is permitted inside the facility. Violation results in immediate termination of the session without refund.
10. Excessive noise outside of studio rooms, fighting, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the premises.
11. Drinks are permitted only as long as they are covered with lids. Food is permitted as long as all garbage is disposed of before your session ends — never near recording equipment or control surfaces.
12. Studio 22 is not responsible for any data loss. Clients must provide their own storage devices and back up their sessions.
13. A Studio 22 staff member will be present in the lobby to ensure the session runs smoothly and to assist with basic technical issues, but not to operate equipment or engineer the session.
14. Studio 22 uses security cameras in common areas for safety and protection of property. No cameras are present in private spaces such as the bathroom. Cameras are present in the Control Room, Booth, Hallway, and Front Entrance area. In the event of any legal dispute, Studio 22 reserves the right to use any and all video recordings obtained on the premises as evidence in any legal proceeding.
15. Studio 22 is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of property during a client’s session.
16. Clients must maintain a clean and respectful environment. Any excessive cleanup required after a session will incur a cleaning fee of $250.
17. Studio 22 reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session for any reason deemed necessary to protect staff, property, or other clients.
18. By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all Studio 22 policies, and accept full responsibility for compliance during their session.
